The theme is this poem is a little harder to decipher. But i think it means that her heart is heavy with love, full to the brim with it and she wants love in return or her love to show it and he finally does. So i think that she is trying to say, show your love and and how love can be so beautiful.

The author compares the love that she feels for this person to everyday things. i think this helps the reader understand the extent of her love because it gives us something tangible to think about. If you just say i love you a lot someone won't necessarily understand how much but if you say my love is like an ocean for example you can understand it is vast and deep. it make the poem more accesible.

October 7th blog

This blog is a little late but better late than never! So right now i'm really stressed about college because i need to have my applications in on time and i'm freaking out a little bit but soon it'll all be over and i'll just have to decide where to go. I just am really stressed right now because a lot is going on its hard to manage. ok but good thing is its fall and i love fall. here is a list of my favorite things
